Please note the The Association of Apartment Owners Maui Hill will begin their pool and spa deck renovation project September 29, 2024, which may impact the accommodations at the property. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, this project is projected to be completed by October 29, 2024.
Clients will hear noise during the day and the hotel will take every
possible measure to ensure clients’ comfort.
• Work will be limited to Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• The scope of work includes demolition and disposal of existing tiles, pool deck resurfacing and GP Quartz application, removal and filling of plant bed
• Visible work and material staging at the pool deck, spa area, the nearby parking lot of lobby and the common area restroom
• Work site will be taped-off and will be inaccessible
• Drilling, minor dust and hammering noise are expected
• Proper signage will be posted throughout the property to ensure guest safety
• Complimentary Chocolate Covered Macadamia Nuts will be provided for stays of 1 to 6 nights.
• Complimentary Fruit Basket will be provided for stays of 7 nights or more
